KDP Account Not Found

You do not have a KDP account associated to the Amazon login you are using.

How to resolve:

  • Create an Amazon KDP account
  • OR, login using a different account that has both a KDP account and an Amazon Advertising account associated to it

Amazon Advertising Account Not Found

To use Publishing Performance you must have both:

  • A KDP account
  • An Amazon Advertising Account (if you don't have an Amazon Advertising account yet, follow this guide)

Duplicate Account Error

This can happen for 2 reasons:

  • Your account has previously been connected to Publishing Performance
  • Your account is associated to a Manager Account that has been connected to Publishing Performance. 

How to resolve:

  • If applicable, log in to the Publishing Performance account you previously created and connected, you will be able to reactivate your old account with the existing connection.
  • OR, if you have not connected your account before and believe this is in error, contact support so we can resolve the duplication.
