Our AI is diligently analyzing your ads and optimizing them for success, we suggest allowing up to 2 weeks before you start to see noticeable results.

My ads are spending a lot, why am I not getting sales?

If your ads are driving traffic to your listing but not resulting in sales, it's time to examine your listing details. Consider revamping your description, book cover, title, and other elements to better align with your target audience's preferences and expectations.

I have multiple books. Can Publishing Performance manage them all simultaneously?

Publishing Performance is perfectly equipped to manage advertising campaigns for multiple books simultaneously. We currently don't have any limit on the amount of books you can add.

Can I add multiple marketplaces?

Yes you can, however you can only add one connection per region. To add a new marketplace learn more here.

How do I get support if I have a problem or question?

We offer comprehensive customer support to address any questions, concerns, or technical issues you may encounter. Simply click the Get Help button in the bottom right hand corner and click Get More Help enter as many details you can about your request and include screenshots where possible. While there's no strict minimum budget requirement, we recommend allocating a budget that aligns with your advertising goals and objectives. Can I use Publishing Performance for my existing Amazon campaigns?

You can view the performance and report on your existing campaigns in Publishing Performance, however our AI will not manage your existing campaigns and will only optimize campaigns created within Publishing Performance. If you have existing campaigns in Amazon, we suggest disabling them and recreating them in Publishing Performance. Please do not have a campaign running for the same book in both Amazon Advertising and Publishing Performance, this makes the AI compete for the same targets and could have a significant negative impact on your results.
